By registering, browsing, applying for jobs, posting jobs, uploading content or using any features of SalesJobsIndia, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Registration & Accounts

a) You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and kept up-to-date.
b) You are responsible for safeguarding your password, login credentials and any activity using your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
c) We may refuse or terminate your account or access to the Service for any reason at our discretion, including breach of these Terms.

3. Use of the Service

a) Candidates: You may use the Service to search and apply for job opportunities, upload your profile/resume, interact with Employers and access career-resources.
b) Employers: You may use the Service to post job vacancies, review candidate profiles, contact Candidates and use additional tools or services offered by SalesJobsIndia.
c) Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms or any applicable laws, including but not limited to:

  • Posting false, misleading or fraudulent information.

  • Uploading any content that infringes intellectual property or personal rights.

  • Collecting or using data of other Users without permission.

  • Impersonating another person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation.

  • Interfering with any part of the Service, hacking, reverse-engineering, or attempting to access restricted areas.
    d) We reserve the right to suspend or remove any content or user that violates these rules.

4. Job Postings & Applications

a) Employers must ensure that all job postings are accurate, authorised and comply with all applicable employment and recruitment laws.
b) Candidates applying must ensure the accuracy of their profile, resume and any information they provide.
c) We do not guarantee that any Candidate will be hired nor that any Employer will fill a job posting.
d) Employers are responsible for their decision-making in recruitment, including background checks, screening and compliance.

5. Fees & Payments

a) Some features of the Service may be subject to payment (e.g., premium job listings, enhanced candidate search, featured profiles). Such fees and payment terms will be displayed at the time of purchase.
b) All payments must be made in the indicated currency, on the payment terms provided.
c) Refunds – unless otherwise specified, payments are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
d) We may modify pricing or introduce new fees – we will notify you by posting changes on the Service or via email; continued use after notification implies acceptance.

6. Intellectual Property

a) The Service and all content therein, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, photos, job listings, Candidate profiles (to the extent permitted), and other materials (“**Content””) are owned by SalesJobsIndia or licensed to us.
b) You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of any Content without our prior written consent.
c) Candidates and Employers grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce and distribute any content you upload in connection with the Service.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy [link to Privacy Policy]. By using the Service you consent to our collection, use and sharing of your information as described there.
We will handle personal data in compliance with applicable Indian data protection laws and regulations.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

a) The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Service’s operation, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability.
b) To the fullest extent permitted by law, SalesJobsIndia and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees or partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
c) Our total liability for any direct damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms will not exceed the total amount you have paid (if any) to us in the preceding 12 months, or ₹1,000 (or equivalent) if you have not paid us.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SalesJobsIndia and its affiliates, officers, directors and employees from any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

  • Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation;

  • Your use of the Service;

  • Any content you upload or transmit via the Service;

  • Your interactions with other Users.

10. Termination & Suspension

a) We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
b) On termination, you must stop using the Service. Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimers & Liability), 9 (Indemnification) and other surviving provisions will continue to apply.
c) If you terminate your account, any data and content may be deleted or anonymised at our discretion.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top indicates when the current version was adopted. We will post updated Terms on this page and notify you via email or in-Service announcement. Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
