Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
The Head of Sales will be responsible for spearheading ORGO Interiors’ sales strategy,
driving revenue growth, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring
outstanding customer acquisition and retention. This role demands a strategic thinker with a
hands-on approach to sales management, leadership capabilities, and a strong ability to
deliver results and envision .
• Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with the company’s vision
and growth plans.
• Take complete ownership of the sales function, including planning, execution, and
optimization of sales activities.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities, partnerships, markets to expand
ORGO Interiors’ customer base and stay ahead of competitors.
• Build, lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, including hiring and firing as
necessary.
• Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
• Establish strong client relationships and oversee end-to-end sales processes.
• Implement performance metrics and ensure accountability within the sales team.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to drive effective sales strategies
and promotional campaigns.
• Foster a collaborative environment between the sales and design teams to ensure
cohesive project execution.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competition to refine sales
approaches.
• Lead efforts to acquire new clients, including homeowners and residential property
developers.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
and referrals.
• Oversee pricing strategies and contract negotiations to optimize profitability.
• Represent ORGO Interiors at industry events, networking meetings, and trade
shows.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service and
engagement strategies.

Candidate Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 8-12 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a
leadership role in the interior design, real estate, or luxury home solutions industry –
particularly in a B2C segment.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales &
Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a
fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills – ability to recruit, train, and manage a
high-performing sales team.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on sales execution expertise.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and make data-driven
decisions.
• Networking prowess – ability to leverage industry connections and partnerships for
business growth.
• Tech-savvy with experience in CRM software and sales automation tools
